Return Policy
They want you to be completely satisfied with your LivingXL purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 60 days of your receipt. They will either send an exchange or refund the cost of the item - your choice. Returned products must be in new condition, be in the original packaging and include all original parts. To return an item, simply follow the instructions below. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Unfortunately, they cannot refund original shipping and handling charges unless an error occurred by them in shipping your order. Non Furniture Returns Complete the Exchange/Return form included with your order. You can also download and print a copy of our Return Form. Repackage the item enclosing the completed Exchange/Return form Affix the adhesive return label that was included with your order. Shipping and Handling Living XL ships to all 50 states in addition to U.S. territories and possessions. Most items are shipped from their distribution center in Massachusetts within 2 business days. However, some items are shipped directly from the suppliers and may take additional shipping time. Most items will be shipped via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. Occasionally, due to size constraints, it maybe necessary to ship your order in 2 different packages. If this occurs, there is no additional charge for the 2nd shipment.
