Return Policy

Whether you make a purchase at Kohls.com or one of our stores nationwide, returns and exchanges are always easy at Kohl's!

To make your return or exchange experience the best it can be, we've adjusted our policy to exactly match the circumstances of the purchase: a gift, an online purchase, or a Kohl's Department Store purchase.

Luckily, buying a gift at Kohl's is a gift in itself: with every gift purchase, we include a gift receipt to make gift-returning and exchanging easy.

All items returned to a store with a gift receipt will be credited with a Kohl's Merchandise Return Credit (KMRC) or credited to a Kohl's Charge. Gifts returned to Kohls.com will be credited to the recipient's credit card*. Our Kohl's gift recipients have three options:

*Please allow approximately 10 days for your credit to be applied to your credit card after the return/exchange has been processed at our fulfillment center. To avoid delays, simply bring your return(s)/exchange(s) to any Kohl's near you.

Shipping Info.:

To enjoy express checkout when you shop Kohls.com, please tell us the way you'd like us to ship your Kohls.com purchases. With each order, you can edit your shipping method during the checkout process. In My Account, click on the tab called shipping address. To edit the shipping method for an address, select the address label assigned to your address (e.g. self, mom or home) and click on the Edit button.

Look for the preferred shipping method section. To choose or change a shipping method, select an option from the menu provided, and click on Update.

When you place an order at Kohls.com, we hop to action! All our orders are shipped as soon as possible to make sure your Kohl's purchase reaches you as quickly as possible. And, our strong carrier partnerships mean we deliver to anywhere in the United States and all military (APO/FPO) addresses.

As a Kohls.com customer, you have these delivery options available to you. These options are available for all continental US destinations. (NOTE: Alaska and Hawaii destinations and military (APO/FPO) orders can only be shipped via our Standard Ground method; our Priority Air service is not available.)
