You have two options on how to return an item to HSN: (The EZ return label feature options are not possible for packages shipped directly from the manufacturer.)

Option 1: Select Easy Returns and pay nothing up front
Easy Returns with UPS takes the wait and worry out of returns with pre-paid shipping labels, easy UPS drop-off and online tracking. Just look for the "Easy Return with UPS " return label on your order summary, peel it off, and affix it affix the label OVER THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL . Then, drop off your package at any authorized UPS delivery or pick-up location and we'll deduct the Easy Returns service charge from your refund amount. Or, in the event of an exchange, we will charge your credit card. Plus, with Easy Returns, your package is automatically insured. You pay only:

Option 2: Select Standard Return and choose your carrier Just follow these return instructions:
Re-pack the item in the original manufacturer�s packaging and shipping box. Please be sure to include all parts. Fill out the bottom portion of your packing slip and enclose it with your return. Please specify whether you would like merchandise credit (KA$H) or reimbursement to your original payment method. Use the pre-printed return label provided on the order summary and affix it OVER THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL. Please be sure to use the label from the packaging slip that corresponds to the item(s) you are returning to expedite processing. If there is no return address on the slip, please contact Customer Service at 1.800.933.2887 (8 am-1 am ET) for return information. Then, take your package to any United States Post Office or carrier of your choice and pay for the return shipping. When returning via the standard return label we encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment. Please save the receipt until you receive your refund or exchange. We regret that we will not be able to issue a credit or refund for any items that are damaged or lost in shipping.
