13 to 17" LCD TV with remote and DVD player

I'm looking for exactly what it says in the subject line - so far the best I can do is around 400 but I've seen them for less. Name brand isn't important, just something that works, has a remote control (several do not and there is a difference between monitors that are tv ready and lcd tvs that already are tvs) and a built in DVD player would be ideal. Without the DVD player I found a 15" at eCost for 200, but I'm trying to make the most I can (for the least money) out of a tiny piece of space in my home. So the all in one-ness of the item is signficant - the counter real estate is small so there's no room to be setting up a dvd player and a receiver and separate speakers etc. Any leads would be appreciated!
