We at Jewelry Television™ want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not totally satisfied, send it back within 30 days of the original shipment date for an exchange or a refund for the price of the item. (Items over $499.99 must be returned within 14 days of the original shipment date.) Note: We follow standard CD and DVD return policies. DVDs are nonreturnable if the cellophane is opened. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Extended Holiday Return Policy: Items ordered between November 1 and December 23 may be returned or exchanged until January 31.
