Returns Please follow these steps to return an item for a refund: Complete and print our return form found on the back of your invoice and enclose it with your package (please indicate the proper return code). Securely package the item(s) to be returned. Remove the return label from your invoice form and secure it to your package. Return your package to us using the mail carrier of your choice. International Shipping Where We Deliver: We ship to most countries around the world. However, due to customs issues, we don't ship to Venezuela, Guatemala, Nigeria and Zanzibar. Estimated Delivery Time: We estimate that an order to an international location will take 15 business days. While we can't guarantee a delivery date, we estimate that all orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours. From there, UPS estimates delivery of 3-4 business days to customs, and 2-3 business days for delivery after customs. We can't estimate customs time. We recommend that our customers contact their local customs office for details on customs times and possible delays. Customs & Duties: Customs and import duties are charged to the customer once the package reaches the destination country.
