We also cannot accept your return/exchange unless your TOMS are sent back to us in the original packaging and in the same condition as we sent them to you. We cannot accept any exchanges or returns on merchandise showing any signs of use or wear. Also, if the original packaging is not included or is damaged, customers will be responsible for a $5 re-stocking fee.
