All returns must be authorized in advance. Please call 888-267-6442 or email info@tinytotdressshop.com to obtain a return authorization number. We have a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns/exchanges must be received in our office within 30 days of the date that you order was placed. We do not refund shipping charges.
All merchandise returned must be in its original condition. All tags must be attached. Merchandise may not have been worn, washed, or dry cleaned.
If you would like to exchange your merchandise for another size, we recommend placing a new order for the new size and sending the original merchandise back for a refund. This will help avoid disappointment if your desired size sells out before we receive your package.

We use either Priority Mail or Fedex Ground for Standard Shipping at our discretion. We offer Fedex 2nd Day Air for an additional $12 charge and Fedex Priority Overnight for an additional $39.95.
