PET CARE CENTRAL Return Policy
We will accept returns on any item, for any reason as long as returns are made within 30 days of purchase and are in original, manufacturer packaging and include all accessories. Items must be clean and free of animal residue or signs of wear, or we may refuse to issue credit. A 20% restocking fee will apply on the return of pet clothing, cages, crates or carriers. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. In order to make a return, please call to obtain an RMA#. Returns sent without an RMA# will be subject to a 20% restocking/research fee. In the event of a free shipping promotion, any return that causes the order to fall below the free shipping minimum will result in a $5.95 charge which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Neeps. It's a funny word. Some say it's meaning comes from a turnip dish in Scotland, some say it's the founder's last name. but what does it really mean?
Nothing. Well, not exactly. When the company was founded in 1994, we were known as Northeast Exotic Pet Supply. Throughout the years and through the diversification of the company, we changed our name to that funny word - Neeps.
Our name is unique as our businesses. We were one of the very first companies to launch a fully functional pet supply e-commerce website in 1994, long before many of our competitors and way before the dot-com bust of the late 90's. Today, we operate 13 on-line retail pet supply companies, one wholesale pet division serving the pet industry and a Yahoo Store website design and consulting firm named Solid Cactus.
As we move into our second decade of service, we're excited at what lies ahead and are proud of our past. Take some time to browse our site and see how unique we really are. Unique like our name!
