Return Policy
Most new and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.* Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded. For items returned after 30 days, Overstock.com will grant a credit of up to 80% of the item’s value. See our Refund Policy page for more details. Expedited Shipping: We offer Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping for many items. Expedited shipping is not available for items shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations. If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will contact you to provide a physical shipping address. APO/FPO Shipping: Most items can be shipped to APO/FPO destinations.
