Return Policy

We hope that you do not get a defective product. If you do get a defective product, you can return it within 30 days of the sale. We will be glad to send a replacement if we have one. Otherwise, a refund or credit will be given. If the product is not defective, we will take it back if it is unopened and in resalable condition within 30 days of the sale. There is a 15% restocking fee in this case. You must send an email to customerservice@ohtoy.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your name, order date, and name of product being returned. No returns will be accepted without this number. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. After 30 days, the manufacturers warranty, if any, will apply.

We now ship internationally. We also ship to PO Boxes and AFO/APO boxes via USPS.

All packages are shipped using either DHL (Fedex rates) or USPS - you choose. The estimated delivery date will be displayed when you checkout. The originating location is Odessa, FL 33556. We do not guarantee a delivery date. Shipments occur 1-3 business days after placing an order. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive another email with a tracking number when your order has shipped. You can then logon to your account to track your shipment. Keep in mind that sometimes carriers do not show receipt of the items but they were shipped on the date indicated.
