We ask you to give our products a minimum one month trial period. For this reason, we do not accept returns until this 30-day period has been completed. We use FedEx® for shipping, unless the address is a United States Postal Box or a military base address of the federal government (APO or FPO), then the order will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Business days are Monday through Friday and on non-government-observed holidays. Weekends are Saturday and Sunday. Under normal circumstances, orders placed will ship the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on the next business day, which is usually the following Monday.
