Before shipping your return, please call 1-888-213-0259 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Items must be returned within 10 days after receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization number and must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging with manuals, software manufacturer documents and registration card intact. Please write your Return Merchandise Authorization number on the return shipping label as follows: PC Connection, Inc. Returns Department Attn: RMA # (Enter Your RMA# Here) 2841 Old State Route 73 / Bldg 4 Wilmington, OH 45177 All returns must be authorized by PC Connection within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace or repair, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed. Due to restrictions placed upon us by the manufacturers, computers and printers are returnable in the first 30 days for repair only. Computers, printers, LCD projectors, and Quark products are not returnable for credit or exchange.
