Return Policy
Exchange Policies:
Gift Certificates for specific packages may be exchanged for others; simply use the dollar value of your certificate to shop for the item you prefer, or call 1-800-LIVE-LOB and ask our gift consultants for assistance.

Refund Policies:
If a purchaser wishes to return a gift certificate for credit, we must receive the certificate along with the purchaser's phone number, via trackable delivery (FedEx, UPS, etc.), or certified mail.
