LITTMANBROS Return Policy
In the event that you receive an order from us that isn't to your satisfaction or just doesn't work for your space, we will gladly accept the return back within 30 days of the item being delivered with just a few simple steps.
The goods must be in their original cartons and have not been installed. They may be taken out of the box to view, but cannot have been installed for any reason unless prior arrangements are made.
You are responsible for the return freight back to us unless the items are damaged upon receiving them. In that case, please email us at service@littmanbros.com and we will help you in getting the item returned.
Cartons MUST be sent back either using UPS or Federal Express. Any cartons sent back via USPS (United States Postal Service) will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Please place any return address label over the original shipping label with no writing on the cartons. Items being returned to us need to arrive back to us in saleable condition otherwise a 15% restocking fee will apply.
We ask that you email us prior to returning any goods. Goods returned without notification may be delayed in getting processed and credit issued. Please email us at returns@littmanbros.com to obtain an RMA number so that we can process your return to us properly.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS OR HER RETURNED GOODS UNTIL THEY ARE IN OUR POSSESSION. This is extremely important. Items lost or damaged by the shipping company you use are your responsibility. Please save your tracking number in the event that it doesn't show up here. Refunds will not be issued without goods in hand or proof of delivery.

Upon inspection of the goods being returned, we will gladly refund your account less any shipping fees (where applicable). We understand that sometimes things don't appear in person like they do online and we are happy to refund your account under these conditions. Custom and made-to-order products do not apply and are not returnable for any reason.

We ship to the lower 48 states through DHL exclusively with the exception of items too large to be shipped via method. (Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico not included).
