LINEN SOURCE Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product from linensource, just follow the steps below. Items may be returned within 45 days of receipt, in original condition, for an exchange or refund (excluding any discounts and delivery charges). All returns must be insured UPS or Parcel Post. No COD's or Outside Contractor packaging or shipping charges will be accepted.
Just follow these 5 simple steps:
1. Complete the return/exchange section on the back of your packing slip.
2. Package the item(s) in a sturdy carton enclosing the packing slip.
3. Securely attach the enclosed prepaid return authorization label to the outside of the carton.
4. Give the carton to your UPS® driver or take it to The UPS Store™ closest to you. To find your closest center visit http://www.theupsstore.com. We will charge a $7.50 return package fee for each label used regardless of the weight or size of the package. Charges will be deducted from your refund/credit or charged to your account.
5. Keep a copy of your UPS® package tracking number and you can easily follow the progress of your package by going to http://www.ups.com. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return once we have received it.

We also offer our linensource Exclusive's line of high quality bedding like our Florentina© Matelasse and our Grand Supima® Sheets.
We mail new catalogs throughout the year featuring the newest bedding product. We have thousands of satisfied customers in all 50 states. Plus Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.
Customers can place orders online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can also place orders by calling our toll free number, 800-434-9812, Monday through Friday 7 AM - 10 PM EST, and Saturday and Sunday 8 AM - 7 PM EST. Most orders are shipped to arrive in the continental USA in 5 - 7 business days. We at linensource are proud of our long history of providing a quality selection of bedding, bath, curtains and decorative accessories at affordable prices.

LINEN SOURCE Shipping Info.:
Most orders are shipped via UPS from our Tampa, FL warehouse within two days of receipt to arrive within 4-6 business days. In the event of a delay, we will attempt to notify you by email or postal mail.
We ship to the entire U.S., its territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and overseas military APO/FPO addresses. Selected items, due to weight and/or size limitations may not be eligible for shipment outside the continental United States. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses cannot be delivered via UPS and will be shipped Parcel Post to arrive within 7-10 business days.
Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries and we do not ship C.O.D. or freight outside of the continental U.S.

Surcharges (applied to rate table below)
Amounts listed below will be added to shipping total as appropriate.
Overweight orders from 10-25 lbs. require an additional $7.50.
Overweight orders over 25 lbs. require an additional $12.50.
Very heavy items (furniture, beds, etc.) may require additional shipping charges. Charges vary by weight and destination, for an exact shipping quote call 800-434-9812. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7 AM - 6 PM EST. Expedited delivery on these items is not available. Orders for furniture that include in-home delivery charges require an additional $12.00 per flight of stairs in addition to the delivery charges shown for the various furniture items, if you have more than 6 stairs (up or down).
Expedited Delivery
For an additional fee, shipping may be upgraded to expedited delivery.
2-3 Business Day add $17.50.
3-4 Business Day add $10.00.
Items with a specific shipment time noted (e.g. allow 4 weeks for delivery) cannot be expedited.
Backorders
Backordered items will be shipped separately when available, at no extra cost, via ground.
Sales Tax
Florida state sales tax of 6% is charged on all shipments delivered in the State of Florida. A county surtax is added to the state rate and varies by county. Shipping charges are taxable in the State of Florida.
