In March of 1997, jb and me opened in a 1400 sq ft space downtown Holland. Currently, the store features 8,000 sq ft of fashion, situated only steps from its original location. The new store features a denim studio, a great selection of tees and women's fashion, a bath and beauty bar and home accessories. In August of 2004, jb and me opened a sister store just down the street called Sole Mate. Sole Mate specializes in shoes, accessories, jewelry, and handbags.
Currently, the ladies are launching an on-line store that will offer the same products and services that have made jb and me (the store) successful. They hope to bring the personalized service, the quality products and the unique experience of jb and me to the web.

JB AND ME Return Policy
Jbandme.com is happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the invoice date. If your return is postmarked after 14 days but within 30 days, jbandme.com will issue you a web credit. All returned and exchanged merchandise must be in the original condition with the tags attached. Returned items that HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED will not be accepted.

JB AND ME Shipping Info.:
- 1. Guidelines a. Orders placed Monday – Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, which excludes holidays. Items purchased under such specifications will ship within 48 hours pending item availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the following day and follow the same 48 hour shipping period. Orders placed after 1 PM on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. OVERNIGHT orders placed after 1 PM will be shipped the following day.
- b. If the item you have purchased is currently out of stock, jbandme.com will contact you with an informative e-mail.
- c. Jbandme.com uses UPS for delivery and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
- d. Jbandme.com does not offer Saturday delivery and all delivery times exclude Saturday, Sundays and Holidays.
2. Shipping Rates:
- a. Shipping rates are calculated in real-time according to official UPS rates. Shipping rates are calculated according to the weight of the order and the location it is being shipped to. Delivery time varies depending on the shipping option chosen.
- 3. International Shipping:
- a. At this time, jbandme.com does not ship internationally. Please contact help@jbandme.com for detailed information.
- 4. Shipping restrictions:
- a. Since jbandme.com uses UPS, we are therefore unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
- 5. Partial Orders:
- a. From time to time an item will not be in stock. If an item you’re ordering is not available at the time the order is shipped, jbandme.com will ship the available items and send the missing item as soon as it arrives from our vendors.
- b. If you would prefer to receive items all at one time, please make a note during the checkout process.
- c. If this situation does occur, jbandme.com will send you an e-mail with detailed information about the items shipped and the one(s) delayed.
