A SPEEDY EXCHANGE is a two part process by which you place an additional new order at IslandSurf.com for the new item(s) you would like and receive a full refund on your returned items (if they are in unused, re-sellable condition) plus credit for any ground shipping charges on your new order.
Advantages of SPEEDY EXCHANGE: Normally there is a mail delay in IslandSurf receiving your returned item(s) and exchanging them for a new item(s). Because of this delay sometimes items that are in stock today on our website might not be available when we receive your exchange request. The best way to insure you get the item you want is to follow the SPEEDY EXCHANGE process. Place a new order online and insert that order number below (step 3). You’ll get your new item 10-14 days sooner than if you do a traditional exchange. In addition you’ll receive expedited credit for your returned items and a credit for ground shipping charges on your new order.

ISLAND SURF Shipping Info.:
IslandSurf orders ship on normal business days. In addition, UPS 2nd Day Air also delivers on BUSINESS DAYS ONLY. If you place an online order on Thursday your 2nd Day Air Package will not arrive until Monday or Tuesday based on processing time and the time of day you made your order. Although 95% of all IslandSurf orders ship within 24 hours of your order, please allow 1 - 3 business days for order processing. Anytime your order absolutely, positively needs to arrive on a certain day, please call customer service. Otherwise, IslandSurf.com cannot guarantee any delivery dates.
IslandSurf.com now utilizes USPS for shipping to PO Boxes. Although not listed as an option on the shipping page, if you choose UPS Ground and your address is a PO Box, IslandSurf.com will utilize USPS for your delivery. The cost associated with this delivery will be the same as the corresponding UPS delivery cost listed in the shipping options.
We are happy to support our overseas troops by offering shipping to APO/FPO boxes. Orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) which normally takes 7-10 business days for delivery. USPS tracking is not available for APO/FPO deliveries.
