I SEE ME Store Description:
Welcome to I See Me! Our mission is to provide the highest quality, most personalized children's books available. We opened for business in May, 2000, after a year of active product development. I wrote My Very Own Name while on maternity leave with my newborn son. My goal was to write an educational book that would teach young children how to recognize letters and spell their names. I wanted the story to be entertaining, with a high degree of customization and wonderful illustrations.
The illustrator of this original book, Mark Mille with Mason Illustration, lives in Wisconsin and is nationally known for his fanciful illustrations. Mark spent over a year illustrating all of the detailed images of colorful animals in My Very Own Name.
My goals in writing My Very Own Fairy Tale were to show each child how absolutely unique and special she is, to teach the child how to spell her name, and to build vocabulary skills. The illustrator Joyce Patti, who lives in Seal Beach, CA, took over two years to illustrate all of the fairies because she painted them with such exquisite detail.
Haag Design Inc., in Minneapolis, designed and produced both books, and also designed the unique fairy dresses in My Very Own Fairy Tale. A fulfillment center in Minnesota with extensive experience producing high quality personalized products assembles and professionally binds the books, and sends them to our customers. we can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses with 3-Week Standard delivery and 10-Day Expedited delivery. However, we cannot ship to these addresses with 3-Day Air, because our air shipping carrier does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
