• Return authorization is required for approval of free return shipping (800-727-9077). All products and accessories must be returned in good condition (please refer to your packing slip for detailed return information).
• Pack the product securely in original package, if possible, along with all accessories included with your original purchase.
• If your purchase included free gift(s) with purchase, you must also include those items to receive credit for the full amount of purchase. Full retail price of any free item not returned will be deducted from your refund.
• Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing slip with the product. Be sure to keep the top portion of the packing slip for your records. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the product.
