I FLOOR Return Policy
The minimum carton return amount is four. If you have three or fewer cartons left over, keep in storage. Extra materials are handy for repairs, should you need them. Otherwise, you may return four or more unopened, resalable items to any iFLOOR store with 15 days of receipt.
Please have your order number ready and follow these easy steps for return authorization and shipping instructions:
- Call 1-800-454-3941
- Select option 3, then extension 2449
- You are responsible for all original shipping and freight costs (typically 10 – 25% of total order) which may be different from the promotional rate on your invoice.
- Your refund will be processed within 15 days of return.
- Your refund will be provided via the same method by which you paid, unless you paid cash – in which case, we'll refund by check.
- If you purchased using iFLOOR financing, we’ll issue a second payment for restocking and shipping charges.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied starting three days after pick up or delivery on any return item not purchased with an iFLOOR installation.
- A 20% restocking fee along with original and return shipping costs will also be applied to items without return authorization – including orders cancelled after shipment and refused shipments.
Non-returnable items:
- Accessories including trim, adhesives, underlayment, moldings, and cleaning materials.
- Overages and any items purchase more than 15 days earlier.
- Promotional products such as Blowouts and Weekly Specials.
