shipped by Hocks.com for a full credit or refund for up to
30 days from the date of delivery. The Item should be in new
condition with original packaging. We're sorry, but we DO NOT
ACCEPT RETURNS OF OPENED ITEMS. Items returned in new
condition with original packaging more than 30 days after
delivery will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee regardless
of reason for return. If you open or use the product
we cannot take the product back for credit. If you do ship the product back, it will be destroyed and no credit will be issued.
