Your business is very important to us. If you are not satisfied for any reason with any item, please return it to us within 90 days of shipment for a refund, exchange or credit. Frederick’s of Hollywood is not liable for returns received after 90 days. Refunds will be granted for the price of the merchandise, but exclude the cost of shipping. If you wish to make an exchange, simply fill out the section on the reverse side of your packing slip in the section labeled reordered items.

Instructions for Returning Merchandise

Include the completed Return Form found on the other side of your packing slip. For each item you are returning, indicate one of the reasons for return (listed below) in the Return Code field on the Return Form. Wrap item(s) securely in either our shipping container or one similar and tape closed.
