FRACTION PRICE Return Policy
You must contact us within 75 days of the FractionPrice ship date to initiate your return.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered in any way (including watch bands for watches), with all hang tags attached, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories, as applicable.
Include your name (using the same name you used to place the order), your address, your day-time phone number, your email address, your order number and a reason why you are returning the item. If you would like to exchange the item, please include the product id of the item that you would like to receive.
Wait for a reply, which will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) # and further return instructions within 3 - 5 business days.
Print out this reply with your RMA# and copy of your first email requesting return. Include this in your package and also write your RMA# on the outside of the package when you ship it back. Returns must be received back in our warehouse within 90 days from the original FractionPrice ship date. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
For exchange, we will charge/credit the price difference accordingly and also charge a standard shipping fee of $4.99 (for Italian Charms, Sunglasses, Wallets, Sarongs, and Jewelry) OR $9.99 (for Handbags and Watches). If you would like to choose a quicker shipping method than the standard shipping, please let us know and we will charge you accordingly. To check the status of your return:
