Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within fifteen (15) days from date of receipt. To receive a refund or exchange on any item, the item must be returned in resalable condition and contained in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice paperwork that was enclosed with your order. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded unless the product is damaged, defective or miss-shipped. Note, since certain merchandise is limited edition in nature, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace any damaged or defective limited edition merchandise with the same item. In these cases, we will replace that item for another, or credit your account. Additional shipping and handling charges will be applied to any exchanges. Please note: No refunds are available for clothing, only exchanges are available for these items. The sale of discounted or clearance items and signed/autographed items are final, and as such, those items are exempt from this return policy. All returns must be sent to VIP Fan Clubs, Returns Department, 424 Fort Hill Dr, Suite 128, Naperville, IL 60540 via postpaid insured or via Federal Express Ground to ensure delivery. We will not reimburse costs if you return items by overnight delivery. We will not accept responsibility for packages sent to us that are lost, damaged, mutilated or incomplete.
