Return Policy
By mail with a 3-part order summary:
Complete the Return/Exchange Section Form on the 3-part order summary that came with your order. To re-order, complete the Reorder Form on the back of the 3-part order summary and send it back with your return package. For faster service, place your new order on www.eddiebauer.com or call 1-800-426-8020.

If you received the item as a gift, please complete the gift section located below the Return Form and indicate if you want an exchange, a merchandise certificate sent to you, or a refund sent to the gift giver.

OPTION #1: Use the SmartLabel™ printed on the front of your 3-part order summary and drop your package in the mailbox, give it to your postal carrier or take it to the Post Office. If a SmartLabel™ was not provided on the front of the 3-part order summary, please use the Return Label provided and follow the "Return on Your Own" instructions.

When using the SmartLabel™ you do not pay postage up front. Instead a $6.00 fee (for returns weighing 5 pounds or less) or $8.50 (for returns over 5 pounds) will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund. There will be no return charge if we sent the wrong item or if it arrived damaged. A SmartLabel™ will not be included with items requiring additional delivery charges, large items shipped separately, APO/FPO or International shipments.

OPTION #2: Send your package back using the shipper of your choice to the address below. Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise being returned. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return has processed.

Catalog and Internet returns cannot be made to our Canadian stores unless you are willing to forfeit the duty you paid, because the merchandise has to be returned to the U.S. to reimburse the cost of duty. Even exchanges are permitted, but no duty can be refunded. Canada Post should have instructions for duty reimbursement. Be sure to retain a copy of the original package slip, the return instructions, and the Canada Post Insured receipt stamped with the date of return.
