Items that qualify for a Return:
Damaged in shipment Merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that the carrier must be notified of the damage within 48 hours.
Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packaging within 14 days of receipt (not valid on quantity orders that contain two or more fixtures).
Merchandise that was not shipped correctly or was mispacked within 5 days of receipt.
After receiving and inspecting returned merchandise, you will receive a credit for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a 35% restocking fee on all returned merchandise, unless defective or shipped incorrectly. Please note: Items that are final sale, discontinued or custom made cannot be returned.
