Return Policy
Return Policy
In order to perform your best, your athletic products need to be just right. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition. We will exchange the item or give you full credit or a refund for the purchased price of the item by your original method of payment. Please allow up to 20 calendar days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange completed. Please allow up to 30 calendar days for orders returned from Canada.
Exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below.
Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were flawed or damaged in transit, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund.
We cannot accept COD returns.

Shipping and handling fees depend upon the number of items ordered and the method of delivery that you choose.
Street addresses are required to ensure proper delivery for online orders. If you do not have a street address (i.e. PO Box), please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance at 1.800.826.2205.

Please allow 8-10 calendar days from the date of shipment (excluding US holidays). Orders generally ship the next business day, subject to payment verification. Orders shipped within the Continental United States (includes APO/FPO) are subject to a $5 handling fee along with a $1.99 shipping charge per item. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are subject to an $8 handling fee along with a $1.99 shipping charge per item. Please allow 1-3 weeks for shipments to APO/FPO addresses and 2-4 weeks for personalized items.
