Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your merchandise at any time you may return it for a replacement or refund of your full merchandise cost. It's part of our no-risk customer guarantee.
NOTE: All electronic training products, electrical equipment and light bulbs are unconditionally guaranteed against defects for up to 60 days. Beyond 60 days, they are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and should be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

When we started our first animal hospital more than 20 years ago, our goal was to help pets live healthier, happier lives by providing the highest quality veterinary care available.

Show them that many of the things they thought had to be done by pet professionals could actually be done by themselves at home . . . and for a lot less!
Judging by where our path has led us, our decision to help pet owners has resulted in helping more pets live happier, healthier lives than we ever could have dreamed possible. We are truly humbled by the fact that today we are the nation's largest cataloger of pet supplies, serving millions of pet owners like you from coast to coast.
While much has changed over the last two decades, what we believe in - those three guiding principles upon which Drs. Foster & Smith was built - has remained the same:

Shipping Policy
With only a few exceptions, we don't charge our customers extra for heavy or oversized items delivered using our standard ground service within the 48 connecting states. You pay only one shipping & handling charge based on the value of your order. This charge will automatically be calculated for you at checkout.
All orders for Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories require Air Delivery. Please select your expedited delivery option during checkout.
Shipping Options
We offer Standard Ground (within 7 business days), Expedited (2-4 business days), FedEx® 2 Day Air (2 business days), and FedEx® Overnight Air (next business day) delivery options unless otherwise noted on the product page. Delivery by Friday is available for most of our products for Overnight Air or 2-Day Air service to any address in the 48 connected states as long as we receive your order by 1:00 PM CST, Thursday for Overnight Service, or by 1:00 PM CST, Wednesday for 2-Day Air service.
