Return Policy
If you receive an incorrect title or a movie that is damaged or defective, we will promptly exchange it at our expense upon receipt of the damaged merchandise. If you prefer not to exchange it, we will gladly apply the value of the title to your account as a merchandise credit. For technical assistance with any Disney DVD, call 1-800-723-4763 between 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Central Time or visit us at www.DisneyDVD.com/support

2) Unwanted Title Received -
If you receive a title you decide you do not want, simply return it within 60 days and we will gladly apply the value of the title to your account as a merchandise credit, minus the $3.95 shipping and processing fee.

NOTE: If the return for an unwanted title is made from your first new member order, no monetary credit will be applied unless you are returning the entire order and canceling your membership. If you are returning a single title, we will gladly apply a merchandise credit to your account.

Please use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton.
To expedite your return or exchange, please insert the packing slip, remembering to keep the return label printed on the front for shipping.
