DIET WATCH Return Policy
To cancel your account and receive a prorated refund for time remaining on your account, other than the initial 5 weeks which is non-refundable, please do the following
1) Go to www.dietwatch.com and log in with your username and password
2) Click on MY ACCOUNT at the top right hand corner of the page.
3) Click on MEMBERSHIP AND BILLING
4) Scroll to the bottom and click on CANCEL SERVICES
5) Click on CANCEL SERVICE
6) Complete the survey and then click on SUBMIT CANCEL REQUEST at the bottom of the page.
This will stop all future billing. To confirm this, go back to the BILLING INFORMATION page. You will see your account now has a red x through it. When the term you have already paid for expires, the account will automatically delete itself. You will not be billed again
