RETURN POLICY:
We believe that you will be completely satisfied with your purchases and we want to insure that you have an outstanding on-line shopping experience. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 10 (calendar) days from the date package was delivered for a refund, exchange or a company credit, whichever you prefer (excluding special order items). All returned merchandise requires a Return Authorization.

(RA) from Jewelers Direct and must be returned prepaid in the original packaging in brand new condition with no signs of wear. A Return Authorization Code must be clearly displayed on the outside of the returned shipping box. All packages must be returned within 8 (calendar) days from the date of authorization. A 20% restocking fee will apply if the item(s) shows any signs of wear. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been, resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Once your return is received it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You can ship your return via any carrier.
