At Consumers Marine, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-672-5577 within 30 days of your purchase for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. The merchandise must be new, unused, and in the original factory packaging with all accessories, warranties, and instructions. Upon return, a refund, less shipping and handling, will be applied to the original form of payment, or an exchange item will be promptly sent when requested. Please complete the invoice included in your package and enclose it with your return. Address you return to: Consumers Marine, 5398 Martin Luther King, Jr. Hwy., Greenville, NC 27834. Your RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container. All used or defective merchandise will be inspected to determine proper credit and validity of claim. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee if they do not meet the above criteria. Please note that software, electronic charts, EPIRBs, activated satellite telephones, life rafts, DVDs, and special orders may be returned for replacement only, and only if they are defective.

The $9.99 flat rate shipping charge applies to the contiguous United States only. Additional shipping charges required on certain oversized or hazardous items. Consumers Marine reserves the right to limit quantities and/or charge actual shipping charges on bulk orders. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO orders require a special handling fee of $10.00 plus actual shipping charges based on the weight and dimensions of the package(s).
