Return Policy
You may return any merchandise purchased online via mail provided that the return meets the guidelines described below. Please note the merchandise purchased at a local Circuit City store can't be returned via mail.
Merchandise purchased online through circuitcity.com (regardless of whether you picked it up at a store or had it delivered to your home), which meets the return guidelines for online purchases, may be returned via mail to our authorized return center. Before returning anything by mail to us, you first must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA"). Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RA may be refused without notice, automatically returned and a handling fee may be assessed. An RA is valid for 10 days.
You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. For merchandise purchased with a gift card as the sole payment method, we will refund the balance due to you back to a new gift card unless the balance is less than $5 or prohibited by law. Allow 14 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for products returned with any missing items, such as manuals and accessories. For products that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your original shipping

Customers in Hawaii: Standard, 3-Day and Express shipping are not available. Total estimated shipping time with 2-Day shipping is about 4 business days.

Shipments of "pending" orders
Pre-order - Products pre-ordered will not be delivered prior to the release date. If you pre-order a product, it will ship by the release date. We will not bill you until the item is shipped.
Credit card expiration dates - Please make sure that your credit card expiration date is after the item's release date. Pre-orders placed with credit cards set to expire prior to the item's release date will be canceled.
Special order - Music or movie selections not currently in our catalog will be ordered directly from the vendor and will ship as soon as available. We will not bill you until your item is shipped. Special orders that have not been received from the vendor within 40 days will be canceled. In the event this occurs, you will receive an email asking you to resubmit your order.
Backorder - For regularly stocked music or movie selections that are temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via email and we will ship the item as soon as it is in stock. We will not bill you until your item is shipped. Backorders that have not been received from the vendor within 30 days will be canceled. In the event this occurs, you will receive an email asking you to resubmit your order.

International addresses: Due to our manufacturer distribution agreements, we are not permitted to ship products to international addresses except APO/FPO or U.S. Territory addresses.
