Return Policy
We offer thousands of products, most of which can be returned within 14 days from Delivery Date. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited. To initiate a return for Domestic/Canadian Orders: Access your order online at www.BuyCostumes.com/login. (Amazon.com customers please call 1-800-459-2969 for assistance.) Click on the link labeled "Returns". Choose the order number that applies to the item you wish to return. Click on the corresponding "Initiate Return" link. Please note that if the "Initiate Return" link is grey (not clickable), the return period for that order has expired (All return requests MUST be submitted prior to 14 days from the date the order was delivered). If the link is dark blue (looks like a hyper link) then you can proceed with your return request. Choose the quantity (if applicable) and item you wish to return. Select the reason for the return from the drop down box. Click the "Submit" button. A RAN will be listed on the 'Return Confirmation' page. Please print out 2 copies of this page, one for your records and one to include with your return. All return address and return shipping information will be listed on the confirmation. We will also send an email confirmation of your Return Request to the email address you provided when you placed your order. Return must be received within 14 days of initiating RAN. All item(s) must be returned via a traceable method with delivery confirmation to assure we receive your package. Any orders returned with out any means of tracking or delivery confirmation will be considered an unauthorized return and we are not responsible for refunding the order if we cannot verify receipt of the return. The Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be written clearly on the outside of the box. Returns are generally processed within a week of receiving the product back. During Halloween season (October and November) this process may take up to 4 weeks.
