BRANDLET Return Policy
All our products are backed by a 30-Day Exchange Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (in its packaging with tags attached) within 30 days from the shipped date for an exchange or store credit towards your next purchase. Please obtain a return authorization number before returning any item. This number should be obtained only when you are ready to return the product. Store credit will only be offered when the item is received with the 30-days period regardless of when the RAN was obtained. The R.A.N. number can be obtained by simply login to your Brandlet account and clicking on the "returns" link located on the top left Account Overview menu. Once you click on the returns link, please follow the instructions to obtain your R.A.N. number and send the item to the address provided. We cannot process any refunds without this number. Please allow up to 14 business days from the day we receive the package for your Brandlet account to be credited. If you have difficulty obtaining this number, please email us at ran@brandlet.com and we would be glad to help you out.
