If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange it, or replace it. (This offer is not valid on Introductory Promotional Offers.) Please note that we only accept returns that are less than 30 days old (from the orginal ship date). Any order that is returned will receive a $25 credit towards Boca Java merchandise for the first $25 of the order. The remainder of the balance will then be credited to your credit card.

We offer you several unique and innovative features that enhance our coffee and your shopping experience. Roast To Order Process It starts with our innovative roast-to-order process. Coffee is considered 'Roaster Fresh' for approximately 45 days after roasting (half that time if the coffee is pre-ground). To ensure you get the best cup of coffee, we don't start roasting until you order. While this may delay your order a day or two, we are confident the fresh taste will more than compensate. We also label each bag with the date your coffee was roasted or 'born'. The Boca Java 'Stork' appears on each bag with a 'roasted on' certificate showing when the coffee was born. This demonstrates our commitment to providing you the absolute freshest and best coffee possible. Connoisseur Club When we set out to design our version of a coffee club, we had one thing in mind: you the customer. We wanted to design a club that gave you total control over the order and delivery process. Easy to join and easy to manage. Our connoisseur club captures those features. This industry leading club ensures you get the coffee you want when you want it. You set your own personal schedule and modify it at any time. BOCA JAVA Shipping Info.:
Shipping costs vary based on weight, delivery method and destination. Typically, shipping costs range approximately $6 to $8 per four bags of coffee. Your shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day express shipping is also available for an extra fee. The exact amount depends on the level of service, the destination address and number of items being shipped. The exact express shipping will be calculated at the time of checkout. In addition to the charges calculated during your checkout, there are certain addresses where we assess a surcharge due to our increased cost of shipping and processing. Any P.O. boxes, APO addresses or shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico are assessed an additional $4.00 shipping charge ($8 if the package weighs over 10 lbs).
