BOBBY JONES SHOP Return Policy
Bobby Jones will accept returns within 60 days of purchase as long as the item is not worn or altered for refund or exchange if accompanied by the proper sales receipt. Refunds will be paid by credit to the original credit card. If the item is returned after 60 days, merchandise credit will be issued. If the item is found to have been worn or altered, management will determine if the garment can be salvaged. If it is determined that the garment cannot be resold, no refund or exchange will be approved. Shipping charges are not refundable. Merchandise purchased online or through the catalog may not be returned to a retail location.
To Process a Return
Enclose the Return Form along with the merchandise and copy of the original packing slip in a secure package.
Attach the Return Label to the outside and return through any insured shipper.

orders above $500 - Shipping is $15.00

For orders shipping to Canada: Export shipping is via UPS World Wide Express. This cost will be charged to you at the time of your purchase and is the cost for shipping and handling charges only.
