BIRTHDAYZ BY SHINDIGZ Return Policy
A return form is enclosed in each shipment (on the reverse side of your packing slip). To insure proper credit, fill out the form, and enclose it with the items being returned after you have received a return authorization number from Customer Service. All merchandise must be returned PREPAID within 15 days of purchase. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges. For returns originating outside of the U.S. please mark on the box "U.S. goods being returned."

Thanks for taking the time to find out more “about us”. We have quite a bit of fun here coming up with ideas and products to make all your events and celebrations special.
Our company is family owned (no Wall Street, big corporate stuff here) and has been in business for the past 83 years. I have been involved in the company for the past 19 years, my how time flies! My husband and I have worked together the entire time, and somehow we have managed to survive. (I haven’t written any tips on working with your husband, but if you’re interested let me know.) Three children and two dogs later, we are still working and “playing nicely” together.
My goal is to help you, as a busy parent, juggle all those things you have to do everyday and make your party and event planning as simple and as easy as possible. I have been in your shoes… with a classroom to decorate, a birthday to pull together and a fundraiser I said “yes I would help” in a moment of weakness and a week to complete. Pulling it all together with minimum stress and maximum uniqueness and “wow” factor is what we strive to accomplish for everyone here at ShindigZ. We do this by providing you with unique products you can’t find anywhere else (products customized just for you,) at the lowest possible prices, with service second to none and most importantly, the support to help you decide what you need and how to pull it all together. It’s been a pleasure to be a part of over 10 million events during my time here at ShindigZ, and, we are ready for the next 10 million.

ORDERS TO APO/FPO MAILING ADDRESSES - Orders shipped to an APO or FPO address will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Use standard shipping charges in the chart above.
ORDERS TO U.S. TERRITORY MAILING ADDRESSES - Orders shipped to a U.S. Territory address will be charged at International Rates. Please email csr@birthdayzbyshindigz.com or call 1-800-314-8794.
