All returns must be made within 15 days of the item's receipt. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the item is not as described. Some restrictions may apply and are subject to a 15% restocking fee**. Shipping is non-refundable. TO RETURN MERCHANDISE: You must obtain a valid RMA# (Return Authorization Number) before returning your merchandise Log on to Live Help or email the Bidz com Customer Service Center. Or, you can obtain your own RMA number, online, by logging in to your account and clicking on the link Return Item. Along with your UserID and Listing #s, please provide detailed reasons for your return. Upon approval, Customer Service will issue a Return Authorization Number. Refunds will only be issued after a Return Authorization Number has been obtained. Please print the RMA# on the outside of all returning parcels. Packages without a clearly marked, valid Return Authorization Number will be refused. Please DO NOT remove the tag on the item. Once the tag is removed, Bidz will not accept the item for a return.
