Harry W. Diehl first discovered the predecessor of CMO capsules in 1971 at the National Institutes of Health.
That predecessor was cetylmyristoleate. Unfortunately, Mr. Diehl was unable to get his project funded and slowly carried on at his own expense in his own home laboratory. Eventually, in March 1994, Harry Diehl's report about injectable cetylmyristoleate was published in The Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences. In the report he expressed his hope that other studies would be conducted, “particularly, more extensive tests of cetylmyristoleate analogues”.
In late 1994 the San Diego Clinic research staff did exactly what the researcher had hoped for. They developed an orally administered dietary supplement. The dietary supplement is an analogue with the name CMO. The San Diego Clinic did the first clinical study on CMO and its director, Dr. Len Sands, was the first person to take CMO.
In December 1995, CMO was introduced in Nevada to the medical community at the National Medical Conference on Aging. CMO became a star of the conference, resulting ultimately in hundreds of doctors prescribing CMO for their patients.
In February 1996, CMO became available to the public. Already, several books have been written about CMO and its astonishing effectiveness. It took twenty-five years for CMO to finish its long journey from discovery to use by the public.
In March 2000, CMO+ became the new standard for CMO products with proprietary digestive enzymes built into each capsule. Because we have been marketing CMO+ products since 1995, we are well aware that approximately 10% of the population does not realize any benefits within 30 days after completing 60 – 120 CMO+ capsules. We provide a refund policy for that 10% of customers.
Our refund policy provides a refund for a maximum of two bottles of CMO+ or two packages of CMO+HPR. Refund requests must be received by us in writing within 60 days following your purchase. This generous policy allows you at least 30 days after finishing 2 bottles to evaluate your benefits from CMO+.
To receive a refund send your request in writing accompanied by the product container, to PermaHEALTH Inc, PO Box 653, Emmaus, PA 18049, USA. Please tell us what you were treating and inform us that you have received absolutely no benefit from CMO+. This information will help us to better serve our future customers. Include your credit card number and expiration date with your return to receive immediate credit. For your protection we do not store credit card information. Your refund will appear on your next statement as a credit from PermaHEALTH Inc..
We now know that if a person does not receive any benefit within 30 days after taking 2 bottles (120 capsules) of CMO+ there is little chance that CMO+ is the answer for their problem. At this point you may want to consider that possibly another health challenge, such as low thyroid or sluggish liver function, is interfering with the ability of CMO+ to work in your body. We do suggest 2 bottles before “giving up” as some do not notice benefits until finishing 120 capsules. This is particularly true for customers with RA and Fibromyalgia Those with a history of taking immune suppressing medications, may notice modest improvement after 2 bottles (an indication that CMO is working) and will probably elect to continue with additional CMO treatment.
