Return Policy
Return / Exchange Procedures: You must contact us within 30 days of the ship date through our online ticketing system to initiate your return. To qualify for a refund or exchange, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered in any way, with all hang tags attached, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, and all accessories, as applicable. All returns and exchanges are processed through our online ticketing system. Open the customer support page (help.baghaus.com) in a web browser and click on the "Submit a Ticket" option on the left hand side. Choose the RMA request field and click "Next." Once you are on the ticket page, enter ALL of the required information and press "Submit" at the bottom of the screen. Wait for a reply, which will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) # and further return instructions within 3 - 5 business days. Print out the reply with your RMA# . Include the printed version of your reply in your package and also write your RMA# on the outside of the package when you ship it back. It is strongly recommend that you use some type of trackable mailing service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages (USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation is acceptable). Returns must be received back in our warehouse within 30 days from the original ship date. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. For exchanges, we will charge/credit the price difference accordingly and also charge a standard shipping fee of $5.99 .
