BABY ROCK APPAREL Return Policy
Purchases or gifts may be returned within 10 days of the day you received the order (unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging) for a
complete refund (excluding shipping charges.)
Please email us for a Return Authorization number before returning any merchandise – this number must be clearly marked on the outside of the
package or the package will be refused at the warehouse.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the date you receive your order. Sales become final 10 days after you receive the order -- please do not
return items to us later than 10 days after you have received them. Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of beyond promotions/baby rock
apparel and will be issued a store credit at the current selling price minus a 25% restocking fee.

clothing in 2002, we decided to design a simple, but hip line of onesie gift sets and t-shirts to help fill the void in the market.

USPS Ground Delivery arrives in 4-10 business days. Orders shipped to AK, HI, PR, and GU are shipped priority mail and may take up to 3 weeks for
delivery.

Next Day Air shipping is $20.00 in addition to our ground delivery charge. Next Day Air shipping arrives in 1-2 business days.

Next Day Air with Saturday Delivery is available for an additional $15.00 charge, added to regular Next Day Air rates.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska - We ship via Priority Mail to Hawaii and Alaska. Express Delivery is available - please add $20.00 to regular ground rates.
Overnight - please add $30.00 to regular ground rates. Please note that some areas of AK and HI require an extra delivery day.
Shipping to Canada - Please add $20.00 to regular ground rates. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee delivery time frames to Canada.
