Just a few comments...
If you read Freepay's terms of service, they EXPLICITLY state that it is FORBIDDEN to "walk" users through the signup process, which is exactly what the previous post has done. I don't want to be a jerk, but if freepay catches you doing that (and believe me, they know this site exists), they will put your account on hold, AND all of your referrals. What you say to people in private/email is your own business, (hint, hint), but doing what you just did is grounds for getting your account put on hold. If I were you, I would edit your post and remove the steps.
Now, answering your questions, it took me about 4 weeks to get mine. But thats because I ordered the IPOD from them the same day it came out, so it took them a few weeks to get them in. It should be sooner. I could post pics, but it'd be worthless. You get the exact same box and items that you would get from apple. All of the accessories that they usually come with (A felt case, cable, earbuds, etc.), the manuals, and the standard black box.
