If you are unhappy with the flowers you have received, please send the flowers back to 48LongStems within 24 hours from the time they were received. Fresh cut flowers have a limited life so flowers that are being returned must be shipped via overnight delivery. If 48LongStems is not afforded the opportunity to inspect your flowers in a timely manner we will be unable to determine if a replacement order is warranted.

48LongStems began as a road-side operation in West Palm Beach, Florida and has quickly become the premier source for long stemmed roses for delivery nation-wide.
Our founder Barry was struck with the inspiration to sell flowers after he relocated to Florida, and noticed people selling roses on the street curbs of Miami. On Valentine's Day morning in 2001, Barry opened up shop on the side of the road and sold about 1,000 roses that day. After that he realized he was really onto something.
From there, the idea of offering large quantities of roses directly to the public grew and 48LongStems.com was the means to allow the average person to be able to send 50, 100, 200 or even 400 roses to their special someone and make a big impression.
Shipping is available nationwide so large quantities of flowers are accessible to everyone at affordable wholesale prices.

48 LONG STEMS Shipping Info.:
we can ship to both Alaska and Hawaii. However, we are unable to guarantee next day delivery due to the additional time needed by our shipping company to get flowers to these locations.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes; we require a physical street address for all deliveries.
At this time we are not able to ship internationally due to quality concerns. All of our products are shipped for next day delivery to ensure freshness; with international delivery it is likely that the flowers would be in transit for more than one day and may parish with the addition delivery time needed.
