- The APY for One from American Express(R) has been lowered from 5.00% to
4.50%.
- The Federal Reserve decreased interest rates by 25 basis points, making
the Prime Rate 7.50% (based on The Wall Street Journal 11/1/07 issue). The
new Prime Rate has been implemented on our website.
