I don;t think they are too good to be true. I spent a couple of years on one survey site and it was actually pretty cool. I didn't get paid cash, but they had other rewards. They have a points things now to win prizes. Another cool thing is that I was able to try out new products. They sent me like 6 20 oz bottles of Diet Lime Coke a year before it was released, and I got to tell them what I though about it. I felt kind of special.

i joined one of those survey things and they only ever called me about one, which i didn't qualify for b/c i don't own a boat. totally bogus

I have done these surveys iin teh past and have gotten some money and free products. I am havent done any recently, the do take up valuable time.
