AVI to VCD Software

I have AVI movies on my computer and I want to convert them to VCD and want to burn them onto CD-R that shrinks the size of the files to fit on it. I have movies about 100-120 minutes long and want them to fit on the 80 minute 700mb cd-r discs. I need something cheap and easy to use.
