If you want to return some merchandise, please follow the steps below to insure that your request is processed as quickly as possible. To review our great guarantees click here.
In order for us to process your return effectively, you must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA") before sending anything back. To request a RA, simply contact our Customer Care Center by calling us toll-free at: (866)688-6346
Along with your RA, you will be issued a FREE pre-paid postage label for sending back your cartridges. Note, as described in our two restrictions, if you made a mistake and ordered the wrong cartridges, we don’t pay for return shipping, but we will pay to ship you the correct cartridges.
Please be sure to use your FREE pre-paid mailing label. In order to keep our prices low, we have automated our processes, so if you don’t use the pre-paid return label it can considerably delay the processing of your refund or replacement.
It is our policy that all returned cartridges must be at least seventy (70%) percent filled. We feel that this gives everyone a fair test of the quality of the product. Unfortunately in our experience some people have used the entire cartridge and then sent it back asking for a refund. If a returned cartridge is less than 70% filled we will e-mail you. If you want the cartridge back you will have an opportunity to make payment arrangements for us to ship it back to you.
Also all non-defective products must be returned in the packaging in an as-new condition.
Since we have found that some people will not return the merchandise once they have received their replacements, we have to have a policy that replacement cartridges will not be shipped, or refunds/credits will not be made, until the products being returned are received by us. If you need your replacements right away we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new order. Your new order will be processed immediately.
Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department Warehouse. All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.

Shipping Notes:
This shipping offer is only good for limited time and may be stopped at any time. All confirmed orders that were placed before the offer ends will receive the shipping cost they were quoted at the time the order was placed regardless of the ship date.
On average, credit card orders are shipped the same day, or the morning following the receipt of your order. All orders received after 3:00 PM PST Friday and orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday morning. Orders will be shipped when all items have been gathered. Items will not be shipped individually.
International orders will not be processed, except for Canada.
Most other online retailers will not ship to AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses, but here at 00inkjets.com , we are happy to serve our customers in the armed forces, stationed at any AE, APO, AP, or FPO address. However because these addresses can be in remote places that are very difficult to reach, we are not capable of covering the cost of insurance and postage.
Ordinarily orders are shipped USPS Mail or FedEx Ground and should arrive between 4 to 7 business days from the order date. Please remember, once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival, but we will do everything we can to help you get your order to you fast.
