RETURNS:If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Costume SuperCenter, you may return youritem(s) within 10 days from the date that your item was shipped to you, with No-Hassle. Please note that costumes purchased during the X-Mas, Easter and Halloween seasons may not bereturned after the date of the holiday has passed. NO-HASSLE RETURN POLICY:To initiate the return process, please send an email to returns@costumesupercenter.com . The subject of your email should read Return Request. Please include the following information: Your Order Number: This information can be found on the invoice enclosed with your order. If you are only returning part of your order, only list the items that you want to return. Return Reason: Please provide a brief reason for returning the item(s). Your feedback will help them improve your future shopping experience. Once received, your return request will be reviewed for approval (Please allow up to 24 hours for approval). Once approved a Return Authorization Number will be sent to you via email along with a return address. Please include a copy of this email in your package. The Return Authorization Number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package. PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED TO THEM WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. ANY ITEM RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. You may ship the package back via the courier of your choice. All cost associated with returned packages will be at the expense of the customer. Once your package has been received and inspected, a credit will be issued for the price of the item(s) being returned. Note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. It usually takes 10-14 days to process the return and for the credit to appear on your statement. GUIDELINES: Returning Costumes: Costumes can only be returned if they are in an unworn and new condition with original packaging. Returning Accessories (including but not limited to: make-up, hats, wigs, beards, eye-brows, moustaches, teeth, stockings and noses): These items MAY NOT be returned if the original manufacturers sealed packaging has been opened. Please be sure to inspect the details of these items thoroughly before opening. If these items were not in a sealed package, they cannot be returned. Shoes: Understanding that a pair of shoes cannot truly be appreciated until they are tried on, all returned shoes must be unmarked, without scuffs and in unused or new condition.
